SquareTrade Partners With Costco Japan to Offer Members Superior Product Protection for Their Most Valued Purchases

SquareTrade, an Allstate company and leading global provider of product protection, has partnered with Costco Japan to launch a suite of electronics and appliance protection plans made for members on January 1, 2026. SquareTrade plans offer flexible, convenient repair and replacement service options, helping members get the most value out of the products they rely on every day.

Coverage includes mechanical and electrical failures, accidental damage (on select portable electronics like laptops and tablets), power surge, and product breakdowns during normal use.
