  • I'm a Self-servicing Dealer and I want to be able to service my own customers’ appliances. Is this possible?

    Yes, as long as you are set up in Service Power, you'll be able to service your own customers’ repairs. For more information on our enrollment process, rates, and standards of service, please download the Service Operations document from the link below:

  • What are your rates for repair?

  • What types of electronics does Allstate protect with the BrandSource program?

    Allstate Protection Plans protects major appliances, TVs, pro-audio, home theater, and other miscellaneous electronics, plus small appliances.

  • Does Allstate Protection Plans offer protection through BrandSource on furniture or mattresses?

    Allstate Protection Plans offers protection through BrandSource for furniture and rugs, but not mattresses.

  • Where can I find your pricing sheet?

  • What types of sales materials, brochures, and merchandising does Allstate Protection Plans provide registered members?

    We have a selection of retail brochures and other Point-of-Purchase merchandising that communicate Allstate Protection Plans's coverage features and benefits. You'll receive a starter kit in the mail once you've completed your registration, and additional materials can be ordered as needed.

  • Are there any setup costs associated with selling Allstate Protection Plans?

    Enrollment with Allstate Protection Plans is completely free. All merchandising and sales collateral is paid for by BrandSource and Allstate Protection Plans, so there’s no out-of-pocket cost to you. You just pay for the protection plans you sell.

  • How many days after an item is purchased does a customer have to protect it with Allstate Protection Plans?

    Customers can protect an appliance or electronics item within 90 days of item purchase (or delivery date if item is delivered to customer). Customers can protect a furniture item within 30 days of item purchase (or delivery date if item is delivered to customer).

  • When do Allstate Protection Plans start?

    Allstate Protection Plans protection starts the day a customer purchases their item or, for advanced orders, the date they take possession of their item.

  • How does Allstate Protection Plans work with the manufacturer’s warranty?

    Most items come with a manufacturer’s warranty that lasts 90 days to one year from the date of purchase. If there is an issue during this time that is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, customers will be referred to the manufacturer for service.

  • What if I have additional questions about the program?

The BrandSource Member Program is open to active BrandSource members only. If you are not an active BrandSource member, you will not be enrolled.
