  • Do I need to save my receipt?

    Your receipt is required to file a claim, but no worries—we can save it for you:

    1. Go to Walmart.com/protection
    2. Follow the easy instructions to save your receipt
    3. We will save it in case you ever need to file a claim in the future
  • How can I transfer my plan?
    1. First, find the plan you want to transfer here
    2. Click on the plan you want to transfer
    3. Then, click "Transfer plan" in the Quick Links box to the right
  • Do I need to register my Walmart Protection Plan?

    No, you do not need to register your plan. However, your receipt is required to file a claim—so registering it now can save time if you ever do need to file a claim in the future:

    1. Go to Walmart.com/protection
    2. Follow the easy instructions to save your receipt
    3. We will save it in case you ever need to file a claim in the future
  • How can I cancel my plan?

    During the first 30 days of your protection plan:
    If you purchased your protection plan at a Walmart store, bring the receipt for your plan back to the store where it was purchased or visit Walmart.com/account.

    If you purchased your plan online, visit Walmart.com/account.

    After the first 30 days of your plan:
    You can cancel it here.
