Allstate Protection Plans offers a variety of plan options for furniture depending on where you purchase your plan. Some plans may include coverage for accidents like stains, rips, and tears. Others may include special item coverage, like our mattress plans. 

To see your complete plan details, including what your plan covers, please refer to your welcome email or visit our Terms & Conditions page and click on the retailer where you bought your plan. 
 

NOTE FOR MATTRESSES: Some mattress protection plans include a mattress protector that will be mailed to you and must be used for the plan to be valid. 

Intentional damage, loss, and theft are not covered by any plan. 

Your coverage starts on the day you purchase your plan. 

Yes. Claims must be filed within 30 days of stain or damage occurrence. This gives us the best chance to resolve the issue before stains set or damage spreads. 

Most items come with a manufacturer's warranty that lasts one or two years from the date of purchase. If there is an issue during that time that is covered by the warranty, we may refer you to the manufacturer for service. If there is an issue that is not covered by the manufacturer during the warranty period but is included in your Allstate Protection Plan, the plan will cover it. 

No. You do not need to register your plan for it to be active. However, you will need your receipt to file a claim, so be sure to keep it in a safe place.
