SquareTrade did exactly what they said they would do, and that in itself is a miracle. So many warranty programs go through hell and high water to prevent you from getting your claim, but not SquareTrade.

Within one week of starting the process and mailing it out, I received a PayPal credit that reimbursed me for the full amount of the item. I would gladly use this service again. Very reasonable prices and good, honest service.
