Hi, I’m Whitney Smith, the diversity, equity, inclusion, and culture lead here at SquareTrade, also known as Allstate Protection Plans.
In June 2020, SquareTrade employees founded our very first DEI committee. And since then, it’s grown to over 200 members.
At SquareTrade we are committed to making DEI an integral part of our company. By regularly surveying our employees, we’re able to gather important information that allows us to make informed decisions to make positive changes in our company.
And we also stay connected to our communities because that’s part of our mission—to connect and to provide opportunities for the historically underserved and underprivileged.
