FAQs
Yes, your receipt is required to file a claim.
Most products come with a manufacturer's warranty that lasts 90 days to one year from the date of purchase. If there is an issue during this time that is covered by the warranty, you will be referred to the manufacturer for service.

If your plan includes preventative maintenance (e.g., refrigerator filter, lawn mower blade, etc.), you can submit a request to be reimbursed for these expenses. Please email a photo of your receipt for the maintenance item or service and the original receipt for the covered item and plan to appliance_reimbursements@squaretrade.com. Once approved you will be reimbursed up to the amount of your plan benefit.

If your plan includes additional Furniture and Flooring Program Benefits (e.g. carpet cleaning, furniture cleaning, etc.), you can submit a request for service to nfmfurniture@squaretrade.com with your plan number and we will reach out to you within 24 hours for next steps.

During the first 30 days of your protection plan:
If you purchased your protection plan at NFM, bring the receipt for your plan back to NFM for a full refund.

You can cancel it here.
