Worry No More plans provide years of protection for your furniture, mattress, and area rug purchases from Macy’s. If your issue is covered by the Worry No More plan provided by Allstate, Allstate’s 24/7 easy claim filing and award-winning service will work to get you back to good.
Your Worry No More protection plan starts as soon as you receive your covered item(s).
Macy’s drivers will inspect deliveries for any damage but if they miss something, please report it back to Macy’s within three days of delivery. Pre-existing conditions and damages incurred during delivery are not covered by your Worry No More plan.
No. You do not need to register your plan for it to be active. However, uploading your order information now could save you time down the road if you ever forget your plan details. Yes. Customers must file a claim within 30 days of the incident as this gives us the best chance to resolve the issue before stains set or damage spreads.
- Accidental stains: Including food, beverages, mud, ink, and lipstick.
- Pet and people stains: Excludes sweat, hair products, body oil, and lotion.
- Pet damage: Limited to one incident per item.
- Burns and heat marks: From a hot mug, for example. Excludes burns from cigarettes and other smoking devices.
- Mechanical & electrical failures
- Tears, rips, and punctures
- Broken hinges, pulls & knobs
- Structural defects in the frame, seat, or back of furniture pieces
- Seam separation
- Component failures
- Hardware failures
- Separation of joints and welds
- Chips and dents
- Chipped or broken glass
- Mirrors that are chipped or have black spots (desilvering)
- Hard surface finishes that crack, warp, peel, or have bubbles
- Broken umbrella mechanisms or other specialized parts
- Accidental stains: Including food, beverages, mud, ink, and lipstick.

Plans are paired with your choice of mattress protector to help keep your mattress safe from spills and stains that could void its manufacturer’s warranty. The mattress protector must be used for your Worry No More plan to be active.
Plan covers:
- Accidental stains: Including food, beverages, mud, ink, and lipstick.
- Pet and people stains: Excludes sweat, incontinence, hair products, body oil, and lotion.
- Defects in material and manufacturing: Covers mattress protector only.
- Incidents reported more than 30 days after stain or damage occurrence
- Accumulation of stains or damage over time
- Normal wear and tear that does not affect the functionality or use of the product
- Intentional damage
- Products that are damaged upon arrival; these should be reported directly to Macy’s within three days of delivery
- Recurring damage (e.g. the cat repeatedly scratches the back of the sofa or the dog has a favorite spot to potty)
- Loss, theft, or intentional damage
- Product quality issues that don’t impact product function
- Cosmetic scratches that don’t penetrate the surface
- Damage caused by neglect, misuse, and weather (including sun-bleaching and mold/mildew)
- Damage caused by the application of dyes or other topical treatment
- Heavy commercial use
- For mattress plans, the following are not covered:
- Structural breakdowns or defects of the mattress
- Accumulation of stains from repeated use (single incident stains are covered)
- Stains caused by perspiration, incontinence, hair products, body oil, and lotion
- Punctures or burns

Most items come with a manufacturer's warranty that lasts one year from the date of purchase. If there is an issue during that time that is covered by the warranty, you will be referred to Macy's for service. If there is an issue that is not covered by the manufacturer during the warranty period but is included in your Worry No More plan, the plan will cover it.
Yes. You can purchase a Worry No More plan up to 30 days after purchasing an eligible product. To add a Worry No More plan after your original item purchase, please contact a Macy's Sales Colleague through chat, call 1-800-BUY MACY (1-800-289-6229), or visit your local Macy's store with your receipt.
Please note that issues that began before you purchased your Worry No More plan are not covered.
No. There are no deductibles or hidden fees in Worry No More plans for items purchased at Macy's.

You'll need to create an online account, or log into your existing account. We'll then ask you to provide information about the issue. When creating your account, be sure to use the same email address that you used to purchase your plan.
Many claims are approved instantly. In other cases, Allstate will guide you through next steps.
When you file a covered claim, we'll use our expertise to identify the best resolution. This may include, at Allstate’s discretion: repair, replacement, stain removal kit, or reimbursement up to the price you paid for the item (exclusive of taxes and fees and after all discounts).

You can cancel your plan by calling Macy's at any time at 1-800-BUY-MACY (1-800-289-6229). For cancellations within 30 days of purchase, you will receive a full refund. After 30 days, you will receive a prorated refund based upon the time remaining on your Worry No More plan.
If you don’t make a claim during your Worry No More furniture or rug plan, you may request 100% of your Worry No More plan price in the form of a Macy’s voucher toward your next rug, furniture, or bedding purchase at Macy’s (in-store only). To request your voucher after your plan has expired, please call 1-888-381-3676.*
*Mattress plans not included. Limitations and exclusions apply. Must request voucher within 90 days of Worry No More plan expiration date. Voucher is not redeemable for cash, not transferable, and expires 180 days after receipt.
