You have 30 days from the date you purchased your item to protect it. Please call 800.894.9703 to ask about adding protection to your B&H purchase.

If you purchased your Allstate Protection Plan at the same time as your item, we will have your receipt on file. However, If you purchased your Allstate Protection Plan after your item, then you will need your receipt to file a claim. You can also register your Allstate Protection Plan and save your receipt anytime here.

During the first 30 days: If you purchased your protection plan at B&H, please bring the receipt back to B&H for a full refund, or call 800.894.9703.

After the first 30 days of your plan: You can cancel it here for a pro-rated refund.

Yes, as an exclusive service to B&H, Allstate Protection Plans are available to international customers.

You can use a local repair facility to fix your item, and we will cover the cost (up to the purchase price). If it can’t be fixed, we will refund the full replacement cost (up to the purchase price).

Once we receive your item at our repair depot, we will repair it and send it back to you within two business days. If not, you can request a refund for your protection plan. Some exclusions apply. See Terms & Conditions below for details.

Some premium camera and video equipment need to go to the manufacturer for service, which means we can’t control the repair timeline. If this happens, we will cover the cost of renting similar equipment or refund the cost of your Allstate Protection Plan.
