Overnight Replacements

We send your replacement phone overnight. Then you send the broken phone to us, free. (For weekend claims, you'll get your replacement phone on Tuesday.) Only available for devices on Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, or Sprint networks.

Worldwide Coverage

If you need a repair while abroad, send us a valid repair receipt for your item and we will reimburse you within five business days (overnight replacement not available).

Electronic Delivery

We'll email your protection plan to you within two hours of purchase. (Remember to check your SPAM filter if you don't receive it.)

Cancel or Transfer Anytime

Customers receive a full refund if they cancel in the first 30 days. Refunds are prorated after that. Transferring your protection plan is free and can be done online or over the phone.

How does a SquareTrade plan work?

File a claim with SquareTrade over the phone or online. We’re available 24/7. (A deductible applies to each claim: $50 for iPhones and feature phones, $99 for other smartphones.)

Receive a replacement phone overnight if available (for weekend claims it will arrive Tuesday). Replacements will be either the same model or a model with the same or similar features: new or Grade A remanufactured. This feature only available for devices on Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, or Sprint networks.

In some cases, we may not have a replacement phone, and may offer you the option of having your phone repaired. In the event we can’t fix or replace it and a cash payout is provided instead, the plan will be terminated.

If you receive a replacement phone, we’ll provide a pre-paid shipping label. Simply return your broken phone to us in the same box within 14 days.
