Square Trade Extended Warranty is a super way to insure your electronic products. My PDA recently died. I notified Square Trade and got a fast approval for a refund. The refund was sent promptly. I purchased another PDA with the refund and promptly insured it with Square Trade!

We had recently purchased a Saeco Digital Espresso maker off ebay and thought we should get the SquareTrade warrenty in case anything happened after the 6 month manufacturer warranty. Sure enough, about 6 months later, it started acting up and died. We filed a claim w/SquareTrade and they sent us a refund for the full purchase amount. THANK GOODNESS we had the warranty! We were able to buy a new one and are enjoying coffee once again. (and of course, we bought a warranty for our new coffee maker!)

I purchased an extended warranty for my new Sony Digital Mini DV Camcorder from SquareTrade. The camcorder stopped working after 6 months. Although Sony's warranty only covered parts,(the labor warranty ended after 3 months) SquareTrade honored the warranty that I purchased and I got refunded the purchase price for the camcorder. Square trade did exactly what they said they would do and that in itself is a miracle. So many warranty programs go through hell and high water to prevent you from getting a claim but not square trade within one week of starting the process and mailing it out I received a paypal credit that reimbursed me for the full amount of the item. I would gladly use this service again. Very reasonable prices and good honest service.

Best extended Warranty in my Lifetime!!..Even the manufacturer of a new cell phone less than 90 days new, gave me a hard time...when it stopped working...for an unknown reason. One call to Square Trade, I mailed it via US Post Office,the phone never showed up for 3 month's (I, did not insure it duh)
Called Square Trade..for an update, they never recieved it. But,they did offer a refund for the cost of the Extended Warranty of $11.99, which was very diplomatic of them.
Then they called me a week later (didn't have to) when the phone showed up at their office 4 months later (I was surprised it did)They refunded the entire cost of the phone..$99.... I bought a Kitchen Aid mixer on EBay and decided to go with the extended warranty offered by SquareTrade. When the mixer stopped working a few months later, I called SquareTrade and was told that since the item was so big and it would cost more for shipping to have it repaired than it was worth, I was given a refund for it. I was told that I would be receiving a check as a refund but was even more pleasantly surprised when I received an e-mail that I had been refunded through PayPal (how I paid for the item anyway!)

I bought an extended warranty at Square Trade, and when my camera, which was purchased on eBay no longer worked, I contacted Square Trade, and was given clear and precise instructions of where and how to return the camera. I was initially hesitant to purchase a warranty on a used laptop, just seemed like an added expense to me. I'm so glad now that I did get the warranty. About 7 weeks after I received it, the laptop screen went black, no backlight at all. I contacted Square Trade and told them what had happened, they arranged for the unit to be shipped to them and refunded my original payment cost for the laptop to my paypal account within the week. The square trade warranty seemed like a good idea since I was buying a reconditioned item. It turned out that I needed to send the item in and I was reimbursed the full price of the item and was able to replace the item. The Square Trade warranty is a great deal for the price.

I purchased an I pod on e-bay and was offered a chance to buy a square trade warranty. I figured what the heck if it's legit great it's inexpensive insurance against problems in the future, if it wasn't then I wasted only a small amount of money in finding out. As it turned out my I pod became defective and I had to test this warranty service and was I ever surprised in a short time about 2 1/2 weeks I had money in my paypal account. I would definitely recommend square trade to anyone.

I am very happy with Square trade warranty. They paid the claim on my refurbished laptop. I had a motherboard go bad, and they refunded me the original purchase price, less shipping. I had recently been declined by Dell warranty for a different laptop - Dell sucks don't buy their extended three year warranty. Instead, use Square Trade. Square Trade is honest, and they honor their agreements! Also, you get to talk to Americans when you file your claim with Square Trade - not some one who can't understand a word you are saying. Square Trade rocks!

I've had to utilize a square trade warranty twice. On both occasions they quickly honored my warranty and refunded me for the products that could not be repaired. Not only is it inexpensive; it is a valuable tool that pays off if you have to utilize it.

If you have purchased an item in electronics of any form then you should check out this site to get a extended warranty plan for just pennies a day. With this warranty you are not paying some high price consumer product extended plan that they have you paying several hundred dollars and they are getting most of the kick back, with SquareTrade you are getting protection for yourself to have your item repaired, replaced, or for sure your purchase price back so you are not out of pocket once again for the amount of purchase price. Purchased the Square Trade warranty for an external hard drive purchased on ebay....after 3 months the unit died. Called for a claim number...sent the unit in and within 2 weeks had a full credit minus freight charges. If my experience is indicative of their services I say 2 thumbs up.

They were very easy to deal with - no hassles at all. Paid $15 for my warranty (3 years) and screen busted on my caera. Sent it back and they sent me a check in about 1 week.

Before SquareTrade I was always skeptical about buying warranty insurance for my purchases, due to the hassle they give you to even look at your claim and their sketchy ways to deny your claim. We bought a 30gb video ipod on ebay and just purchased the SquareTrade warranty on a whim when they sent the offer to us...normally we would not have thought to purchased a warranty for an ebay purchase.

Anyway, shortly after the 60 day ommisions time the internal battery went out of the ipod. This is not a fixable thing and when we contacted SquareTrade they were courteous, professional, and honored their warranty claims.

We were told that the issue sounded reasonable but they would have to review it internally which could take up to 3 weeks for a refund. We received our refund in approximately 10 days. Normally we would just have been out the money, but SquareTrade made it possible to purchase another ipod to replace quickly. A+++++ SquareTrade - THANKS!!!!!!

My phone got lost in the mail, I think. Becuase the Square Trade didn't seem to receive the package I sent to them. The S.Q customer service operators are very nice because they spoke politely and asked me politely for patience that the answer will come back to me within 48 hours and it did. I am fully cover for the lost phone. I thought for the first time i had bad experience about calling S.Q about the problems of my camera phone. They asked me to call to the motrola manufacturer if the warranty is still covered and then call them (S.Q) back, but i think I'm not suppose to do that because if I bought the protection plan from the S.Q, they should not ask me to go to the Moto Co. first, they should help me with the claim, but should not pushed me out. Anyway, the phone sent with the UPS in its poor services and lost my VX3. The later customer serivice operators of S.Q gave me a good feedback and I'm pleased. I get the full refund back to via my paypal account. Thanks you so much.

I was worried about purchasing a refurbished computer on line, but did so because I purchased Square Trade Extended Warranty with it. Sure enough within 90 days the computer failed, but SquareTrade came through with their promise and with no hassles refunded the amount of the computer. SquareTrade absolutely does what they say they will do.

I had purchased a USED ipod on ebay and was offered this warranty through Squaretrade. I ran into some problems with the ipod not working correctly 7 months later.So I called SquareTrade and filed my claim,followed the easy 123 directions within a week I received the full amount of what I paid for my ipod 7 months earlier! no hassle, this is a awesome deal and I recommend it to anyone that get s the chance to buy a package from SqaureTrade!

I was super impressed with squaretrade. The gave me back all my money for the TV I bought when they could not fix it. And it only took a week for the whole ordeal. I will definitly get more warranties through them.

It was disappointing in that we had just received the Ipod from our son as a gift and he had purchased it a couple of months back while we were out of the country. Therefore, it was just out of the sixty day warranty from seller. It only worked for a couple of days for us and then quit. Instead of getting a new IPOD or repairing it, they gave a full money back refund very quickly. Since the IPOD was such a deal, it was hard to replace at the original price but the refund of the money was very quick, and the label to send it back was immediate, additionally the shipping was a reasonable charge. The weird part was that they refunded our personal Paypal rather than back to the account of our son, the original purchaser.

We recently purchased this insurance for a replacement IPOD and would recommend it, but be aware you don't always get the item fixed.

SquareTrade did a great job helping me with a faulty product. I bought an MP3 player from a third party vendor and after a while it started misbehaving. Because it was refurbished, the manufacturer's warranty couldn't help. I called SquareTrade, they offered me full reimbursement of the product and provided with a prepaid UPS shipping label. Since then, every electronic device I buy, I add their warranty to it. It's cheap and worth it, even for used products.

I had a problem with my treo i sent it to them and in a few days i had my purchase price back and the insurance was only about $10.00 you can't beat that.

If I do not tell this fact I would be doing a harm to all online shoppers.Initially I was reluctant to take the warranty from sqaretrade for my new palm Lifedrive.I was of the impression that warranties from any agencies other than the Parent Company of the product or a Standard seller will be fake and full of hassles.The rate offered by the Product Company was high almost double than what squaretrade offered.The period of warranty offered by sqaretrade was also almost double.I thought I would simply try this with the impression that nothing is going to happen to my product as it the leading branded product and the price for two year warranty from square trade is cheap also.Unfortunately after 6 months the hardware of my lifedrive got into some trouble and Palm one said they cant replace as their warranty was only 90 days.Then I turned to square trade and they realised everything with a humane mind and within 2 weeks I found the money I paid for the E-bay product in my paypal account.I had to pay only for the shipping and handling.

Right after Christmas I bought a cell phone from an eBay vendor. The only positive experience with this vendor has been the opportunity to purchase a SquareTrade Warranty. I recently called SquareTrade because, after replacing the phone battery for the 4th time, I still had only 12.5 hours of standby time on the phone. They told me that this particular phone has a bad history and had me send it to them. Within one week I had sent them the phone, they processed the claim and my funds were in my PayPal account. When appropriate, I will never hesitate to use SquareTrade. The fee was reasonable and the service impeccable.

I had purchased a Square Trade warranty for a used Monitor, that I purchased with an ebay vendor. Of course, being used, it went bad just after the vendor's warranty. I contacted Square Trade and they promptly settled for the auction price of the monitor. They were pleasant and went out of their way, since I no longer use ebay or paypal. They would normally pay thru paypal, but since I don't have it any more, they paid by check, sent directly to me. Excellent Service and warranteed as promised. This is the second item I have warranteed and received the money back on and both times I had professional courtesy and prompt results!!!

It's very important to me, especially on a refurbished laptop to have a warranty available. Paying as you go can be cost prohibitive, for example the Palm Pilot that I bought last summer. I've learned my lesson.
