We take pride in giving you fast, hassle-free service. Every claim is turned around within five business days once we receive your item, so you can quickly get on with you life. If we fail to meet that deadline, we'll refund the money you paid for your warranty, too.
You don't have to worry about hard drive failures, stuck keypads or dead screens. If they occurred during normal use, we'll take care of them, no problem.
Accidental Damage Protection extends your Care Plan terms to include damage outside normal wear and tear, such as water damage and breakage. It does not include willful damage to items. There is a $50 deductible when claiming on a damaged item; issues determined to be normal-use mechanical or electrical failures are not subject to any deductibles, and are covered under the standard Care Plan terms.
SquareTrade never issues cheap refurbished replacements. We'll pay you your item's purchase price within five days, minus a small shipping charge for smaller items.

You can check the status of all your warranties, file a claim, transfer a Care Plan to someone else or cancel it entirely, all from the My Warranties tab. And all without hunting down any paperwork.
