About Us
In business since 1999, SquareTrade is the largest indepen-
dent warranty provider and the only warranty consistently rated
5-stars by consumers.

Our warranties make sense:
Our prices average 40% less than most retailers. Every warranty comes with a 5-day service guarantee you won't find anywhere else. We take a hands-on approach to servicing your claims so we can make sure everything's done right, with a minimum amount of hassle. It's our policy to approve every valid claim, and if there's ever a question about it, we always err on your side.

We are changing the warranty industry:
We give consumers something they've never had before: a choice. Our warranties are available for ALL your electronics and appliances, whether you buy them at Best Buy, eBay or any other store.

Are you a fan of the Status Quo? Neither are we.

At SquareTrade, our focus is on empowering consumers and transforming an industry. There's a lot about the warranty business that just doesn't compute, but we do things differently around here... and people have taken notice. We're the only warranty provider with a five star rating for customer service, and it's all based around the idea of doing our very best to treat every customer right. But as good as we are, there's always room for improvement. That's where you come in.

We're looking for motivated people who walk in the door with opinions and ideas, eager to take the ball and run with it. If you like a challenge, live to instigate change and love to take the initiative, you're our kind of people. We'll give you a casual atmosphere to work in, opportunities to make a real difference, the occasional Sudden Death darts tournament and a company you can be proud to work for.

Established in 1999, SquareTrade is a pre-IPO company located directly above the Montgomery BART station in the heart of San Francisco's financial district.
