NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
Beginning 12:01 a.m. PST on 4/1/06 through 11:59 p.m. PST on ending 5/30/06, complete the SquareTrade online survey by answering all the posed questions. Limit one (1) entry per person, per survey. All surveys must be completed by 11:59 p.m. ET on 5/30/06 to be entered into the last random drawing.
RANDOM DRAWING: Winners will be selected in a random drawing on 5/31/06 from among all eligible entries received. All claims are subject to verification. Decisions of judges are final. All prizes will be awarded and winners notified by email. Limit one prize per family/household. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
PRIZE & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV): (10) Prizes - SquareTrade will provide each winner a $50 Amazon.com Electronic Gift Certificate. ARV: $50.00 each.
GENERAL RULES: Open only to residents of the United States. Open to persons who are at least 18 years of age or older. Employees of SquareTrade and the immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, husband, wife, daughter, son, step-father, step-mother, step-daughter, step-son, step-brother, step-sister, half-brother, half-sister) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. Void outside the United States and where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winners. No substitution or transfer of prize by winners permitted. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. SquareTrade is not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer hardware or software or other technical failures, unauthorized human intervention, garbled or jumbled transmissions or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic, including without limitation, the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information online regardless of cause. INTERNET CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SQUARETRADE RESERVE(S) THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. By accepting prize, winners agree to release and hold SquareTrade, Inc. and the directors, officers, employees and assigns of each, harmless against any and all claims, damages, losses, expenses and liability arising out of use of prize. Entrants assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. SquareTrade is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing, the offering or the announcement of any prize or in the administration of the promotion.
