SquareTrade to Serve as eBay's Exclusive Provider of Online Dispute Resolution

This agreement between eBay and SquareTrade is the culmination of a successful 4-month pilot program begun in February of this year. The pilot clearly demonstrated the value of online dispute resolution (ODR) both in creating buyer confidence in online purchasing and resolving issues related to a full range of low to high value transactions.
