Please note that we've changed the way in which we process commission withdrawal requests. To withdraw your commission, please complete the form to the right. Payouts will be processed monthly. How do I check my warranty account balance?
SquareTrade has discontinued the Seller Account center, but you can still get a report of your commission balance by emailing your eBay ID to ebaywithdrawals@squaretrade.com. We will aim to get you an update within 2 business days. Back to top
How to I withdraw my money?
You can send a withdrawal request anytime by completing the form above. We will process withdrawals at the close of the month you made the request. Payments will be made to the PayPal email address you have provided. If you have not provided a PayPal address to us yet, we will send it to the primary email address you have signed up with. What is eBay Consent?
Your eBay consent is an eBay required electronic authorization for SquareTrade to offer warranties to your buyers. To renew your eBay consent, simply scroll to the top of the page and click on 'Renew Seller Authorization' in the box above the withdrawal request form. Back to top
How do I cancel the program?
There is NO commitment to be a SquareTrade CarePlus Seller. If you chose to stop earning share profit from us, simply give us a call at 1-877-WARRANTY or send an email with your eBay ID, to warranty.manager@squaretrade.com and we will opt you out of CarePlus. Back to top
